Accuracy Pledge & Refunds
This page states how we actually operate and mirrors the refund section of our Terms of Service, which has not yet been reviewed by a licensed attorney. The Terms are the binding version.
If a source we cited was wrong, your payment is refunded in full. That is the whole pledge. You do not need to argue for it, and there is no partial refund — the remedy is the full purchase price.
Why we can make this promise
Every deadline we publish carries its receipt: the source URL, the verbatim quote we read it from, and the date we checked. That is the product. If the receipt does not hold up, you did not get what you paid for.
What counts as a covered error
- A source URL that is dead, redirects to an unrelated page, or does not exist.
- A verbatim quote that does not appear on the cited page at all.
What does not count
We are direct about this because a promise with hidden edges is worse than a narrow one stated plainly:
- A school changing its deadline after we verified it. Deadlines change. We show when we last checked each entry, we re-check regularly, and we email you when a date moves — but a changed deadline is a change in the school's data, not an error in ours.
- A deadline that differs from some other source (another directory, an email from a school) but still matches the page we cited.
- General dissatisfaction with the product.
How to claim
Email refund@nursingschoolnavigator.com with the subject line “Error Refund”. Include your account email, the program, and what was wrong. This is the guaranteed route and always works.
Or use the form below, which sends us the same information and gives your claim a tracking record.
Timing
- We respond within five business days.
- If the claim is valid, the refund reaches your original payment method within ten business days.
- A refund ends your access. That is the trade, and we say so up front rather than in a footnote.
Tell us what was wrong
The binding version of this policy is in our Terms of Service.
